Replacement for Cheng Shin Tube

Looking for a replacement for a Cheng Shin Tube 28 x 1 5/8 x 1 1/4. No pressure rating on tube. Tire says to inflate to 110 psi. Not sure what the metric equivalent is. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

What is the tyre size Bill ?
It's easier to select an inner tube appropriate to the specific tyre....

Tire is a Bontrager Race Lite 700 x 32.
