Tahini is sesame seed paste.
It's an ingredient in hummus - alongside the chickpeas.
Also chief ingredient in halva.. Along with the honey that sticks it together.
High in protein too.
Good on Toast too, it's a bit like Peanut butter but not as sweet, I often sprinkle a few Sunflower seeds on top with a splash of Soy sauce.
Don't fancy it with Honey but Marmite is goodYes and with marmite under, or honey.

Time for second breakfast methinks
I eat a LOT of porridge, used to have usual milk but found it bloated me easily. I replaced it with soya and haven't looked back! Definitely no bloating - so will keep using it

There's 2 types, Whole and Light. The Whole is a bit grittier in texture whereas with the Light the seeds have been 'hulled' before grinding, I prefer the Light but then I'm not a fan of Whole Peanut Butter either.I'll look it up on shopping day

I wondered what that jar of Tahini was in the fridge which my better half bought.
As said above it does taste like peanut butter.
