One of my weaknesses is the temptation to dip into my son's supply of chocolate covered cookies, and I've been doing *really* well recently, and someone goes and tells me it's alright!

Must...maintain...moderation...must...eat...bananas :sweat:

As a fellow cyclist, all I can say is: enjoy your moderation in moderation! :laugh: Whatever you eat, you can always ride it off, given enough effort.

Hmmmm. Might do the porridge thing when I get to work. Like that idea

I try and leave my breakfast as late as possible in work because if I don't I will have had around 3 courses by 10am and will sit dreaming about what to have for lunch.
