That's for infections or serious slowdown problems not general cleaning though.
Best to use hijackthis to check for items that look unfamiliar and do a search to see if it's junk before posting the list on a forum. Seen too many monster lists posted by folks who have installed every gadget you can imagine and haven't even noticed the items being run from the temp folder.

The forum is there to help decipher the hijacklists and to advise any problems/fixes/clear virus/junk/malicious software etc.
Not every one is happy to tinker around their own computer. Webuser fixers are.
