I'm keen to learn more bicycle maintenance, at the moment it's derailleur set-up but I'd like to generally learn more of everything.

There is a dizzying array of bicycle maintenance instruction videos on YouTube.

So, any recommendations of a series of videos on learning different bicycle maintenance would be greatly appreciated, especially if they're more about teaching proper maintenance rather than trying to flog a maintenance product.

R J The bike guy are very good videos. Although he always uses Park Tools, there are many alternatives you can use.

The Haynes bike book is also very good, step by step instructions, lots of photographs starting off with the very basic working up to the more complex.

I was keen on learning bike maintenance simply because if cycling is your main hobby you don't want to be carting your bike down to the LBS every five minutes when something needs doing. Fortunately we have a bike charity close to where I live so I volunteered. You get taught AND you get to use some of the more expensive specialist tools. You work on an array of different bikes and you're always learning. I've not had to take the bike to a LBS in years and build my own bikes and wheels now. I'm still there and still learning lol.
