I use the Ergon grips on my bikes

In the simplest form (GP1) they are compatible with bar ends

However they come in a massive range with integral bar ends from tiny to full size

When set up properly for the angle of your wrists, the palm support makes a massive difference to long term comfort

Yes I have them on my hybrid and they are fantastic, I did put them on the mtb as a test but with the bar ends back on it just looked awful....
Looking for something with a more subtle shape but still appropriate for of road riding.
