now I never thought I'd ask this..but with the impending bike transplants...I could do with a decentish toolkit. I have Allen keys, some anti seize grease and I've bought a workstand but that's about it. I guess I'll need a torq wrench thingy, a cassette tool thingy, a chain breaker thingy and some spanner thingies

I've got a birthday coming up, going to ask my brother to get it, budget say £30-50 odd

Cheers

Have a look at the toolkits PlanetX do. Here.

They have 15% off right now, plus 5% quidco and potentially British cycling 10% off too

But if the PX kit is better, I'd go for that. Not that I will ever use the puncture repair kit!

@vickster - I don't think either of the Halfords or PlanetX toolkits include a torque wrench. You would need to buy one of those separately, as they can be a bit pricey. There's a recent thread here.

Well indeed...my next post will be asking how to use them...or more likely who wants to do my bike transplantation for £50 cash

@Falco Frank that looks far too heavy weight.

I'm tempted to just get the halfords one, unless the PX one is much better

What components are you moving over? The Halfords one, for example, does not appear to include a tool that will fit the BB on the RT-58.
