Lol I've really not got room for anymore fittings on my handlebars, have one of them already btw.
Did not like mine because it collected rain at the bottom.

Hi Pat,

I don't have one of these and so I can't vouch for it personally but I like the look of the Restrap bags and I have my eye on purchasing one of their bags soon.

I appreciate that neither of these are bumbags but I don't know if any of their products might be of interest such as either their Tech or Top Tube bag?

Good luck finding the right bag for you.

Brilliant!
Their hip bag is what I was looking for: if nothing a bit smaller of the same quality pops up, that's what I will get.
Cheers for that, John!

I like to take pictures on my ride, lots of them ^_^
I use my phone: in summer I don't know where to keep it for easy access as I don't wear cycling jerseys.
In winter it lives in my cycling jacket back pocket.
So: recommend me a "cycling bumbag" or similar, there's no room on my handlebars for a phone holder, I'm fed up having to stop to rummage in my panniers, which of course is also inconvenient on a group ride.
Thank you!
May sound daft, but what's the size of the phone you're wanting to put in it?

Not daft!
Motorola G4, not a small phone!
Then again, nothing else need to go in there as I have my panniers for the kitchen sink.
Rules out the one I have to hand. Half inch too short.

You ever run a needle though the velcro, to clean it?

I'm assuming from your comments on velcro you'd prefer this type of fastener.

Till now, the Osprey recommended by @Heltor Chasca is pole position, close second the hip bag recommended by @John_S.
Keep them coming, will read
Or how about one of these:

Fits on my teeny tiny shrunk-in-a-boil-wash roadie; phone, haribo and a spare tube on the left, multitool, keys, puncture kit, spare chain link and a Mr Kipling in the right.
Nay, had similar, velcro fails after a while, was keeping it together with strips of inner tube

What about a topbar bag? Saves rummaging behind you...

I have both these bags!
The Toppeak one is too small for a phone but perfect for jellybabies or other snacks.

The Decathlon bag is amazing. I can fit phone, slimline purse, keys, snacks, cafe lock, lightweight waterproof jacket, tissues. Several people have purchased one after seeing mine.
