Recommend me a cheap(ish) folding bike

Tern is the best of the cheap ish ones.

If she's really broke then an old Raleigh shopper off ebay or similar.

What's the planned use? If it's a folder-to-fit-in-a-student-bedroom you might get a different answer than if it's a folder-to-commute-using-public-transport.
