You famous?Pere Lachaise in Paris. Many famous people buried there. Never been myself though.

They were laid flat because they were all equal, none of them ranked above the others in death. I can't find my photos of the graveyard but here is one from online. The graveyard was subsequently used by others hence some upright headstone too.All the stones are flat in the grass, the older ones disappearing gradually.

Kensal green is massive. Used to wander round there in my moody black and white photography days.
