There's Cycloanalysts (Giant Dealers) just along from Bike King, they replaced my headset and BB and I found their service very good. I like Warlands too, for their old-fashioned approach and commuter/touring bias, but they're not big on kit in stock.

I've not had a good response in Bikezone either. Must try Reg Taylors' sometime.

and of course, there's Oxford Cycle Workshop on Magdalen Road, which has a good workshop, sells reclaimed and refurbished second hand bikes, sells single-speed/fixies made from old 531 frames and sells new Orbea (Spanish brand) new bikes. They also run a cycle maintenance course, run a number of cycle-based events in Oxford, including the treasure-hunt style "Alleycats" and a one-day cycling festival on 10th May, and generally do loads to promote and support cycling in the city.
