I run mine on power level 2, and will get over 6 hours which is enough for a weeks commuting, I only need them on 1 way for around 40-50 minutes a day.
Pretty sure they would last 2 hours on full though.

Had a dodgy Duracell last year which was causing a much shorter run time than normal, since I have put the Energizers in both lights they have been great.

Just wondering how long the batteries last for you guys? I'm using maplins 2700s in my Hope 1 and probably get less than an hour on full brightness. Is this normal? Would better batteries last longer?

I got a £28 quid charger from 7dayshop which, although expensive, has radically improved battery life and performance.

I'd like to thank those who recommended the Vapex - been looking to get some higher capacity than my current ageing Maplins 2300s and they look the business.

Vapextech 2900mah were the ones recommended to me by quite a few people on here when I asked this question earlier in the winter. I bought 2 packs for about £12 and they've been amazing.

Hi - have any of you ordered from Vapextech before and may I ask how you found them?

Just I'm getting a lot of interest at work at putting in a big order, but when I tried calling it just rang out and got a very generic "welcome to voicemail please leave message". Didn't inspire confidence!

Just got some 2300 own brand hybrids from them (and some AAA hybrids too). Very quick delivery. I like the little battery cases too. Much better than having them rolling around loose in the bottom of your bag.

Although an even better solution is to load them in to a spare battery holder if you are planning to be out all night.

Does anyone know of anywhere else I can order such decent batteries?

Just I now have a potential order of over 150 batteries! However Vapextech have not responded to any of my attempts to contact them in the last 24 hours - every time I call it goes to answerphone, and they haven't replied to my email.

Until they do I'm not feeling confident ordering from them as these aren't just for me.

So are there any other similar sites out there that sell similar batteries in large amounts?

I understand that you're annoyed at the lack of response, I would be too, but I must say that I got good service from them. Why are you trying to get hold of them - to ask about a bulk discount?

They got back to me in the end, and I just ordered a ton of them.

I believe they are an at-home business rather than some big company, so I forgive them
