A couple have become Mr and Mrs White-Christmas after tying the knot in a pre-lockdown wedding.
Tilly Christmas and Kieran White, who met at school aged 12, married at the Roman Baths in Bath on Tuesday.
Mrs White-Christmas, 20, said: "I wanted to keep the name going. It just so happens the man I am marrying has the perfect surname to go with it."

I don't actually mind 'my usual' Christmas.


It normally involves wandering round the smaller shops in my local city...


On Christmas Eve*


- Buying a few nice things for the people I love enough.

(*I borrowed that 'last minute' shopping tip from you guys.. Thanks chaps!! )

Then next day sitting down for a home cooked (and mostly home grown) roast dinner, again with a selection of beloveds.

Drink a bit more than usual - maybe.

Then after a peaceful afternoon of doing-as-little-as-humanly possible.

Fall asleep, get up next day, carry on as normal.

Its all the folks angsting about how stressful / over commercialised / infuriating because they can't stand some of their relatives ( the feeling is probs mutual so just avoid them) that make it a drag in my book ...

Six Nations tomorrow and I've a few bottles of Westons 8.2% cider chilling in the shed. A couple might vanish tonight though.

Just had 20 litres bag in the box delivered from Sanford cider. Ordered another today as they sent me a 10% off coupon the day after I ordered(out of order).
Normally go to pub Thursday for pie night so ordered 4 uncooked pies to pickup on Saturday for the freezer. Boris is not going to stop me having the best pies in the world (cow cheek and chicken and chorizo). I will pretend I am in the pub on Thursday.
I will also have more time to spend on my addiction to collecting firewood. I think I am getting close 3 years worth.
I will not be able to go to stay in my daughter's cabin in November will have to go for Christmas instead. Oh well I will have to have someone cook Christmas Dinner for me....damn.
