So I have been looking for decent priced cycling kit bibshorts /shorts + jersey.

Looking for a bit of advice I know you can purchase them on ebay for £20-£25 and I do own some of these but looking for something with a bit more quality. As I find the ones from eBay discolour a bit and stitching tends to be rubbish generally quality is in consistent.

Hopefully people can point me in the correct direction and post any sites they think will be of use to me.

Looking to spend about £50-£60 max

Have a look on the Planet X website. Their bibshorts are excellent and good value too. Wiggle do a good range as well (plus you get a little bag of haribo with each order)

Check out the DHB stuff at Wiggle.
Good quality gear at very reasonable prices.
I have seen the dhb clothing mentioned on here a few times so I think that's what ill go for everyone seems to say it's good quality. How is the sizing acurace?

The DHB sizing guide matches me to XXL which seems to be a good fit. I haven't felt I needed to go a size bigger. Some say you should though.

The best thing about wiggle is the totally free returns. You can order the whole range in many sizes and just pick and chose what you want to keep. DHB is mixed on sizing, some things are true sizing others are more 'Italian'.

I have been advised to go for the dhb shorts by a friend who says they are good for the price. I have tried other brands on in shops and I think my jean size must be out as my tape measure says other wise. is it better to have them a little bit bigger than small ?

I think a little bigger would be better so movement isn't restricted but that's just my opinion on clothes altogether. But on the flip side someone may think the tighter the better. So I would probably go for what you think will be more comfy
