Rear Wheel Wobble

I was wondering if anyone could link me to or tell me how to fix this issue?

My wheel wobbles as i cycle, and when i mean wobble... i do not mean the wheel needs truing. I mean if i lift the rear wheel off the floor and jiggle it, it will wobble as i move it. This is causing issues as im cycling now, particularly on turning.

How do i go about fixing this? And is it ok to cycle tomorrow?

sounds like your cones/ bearings need tightening

though this goes through overhauling, when it talks about putting things back together it should help yo get the bearings right. Thinking about it if you have a freewheel and its a rear wheel the axles in these have been known to snap......
You'd ideally need cone spanners, the thing is you tighten the cones to the point where it just stops running freely, then back off a bit and put the wheel in. The skewer tightens it a bit further....

Would i need to remove the cassette in order to do this then?

Would these work? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Bike-Hub-...sure_Cycling_BikeLocks_SR&hash=item5d4c2ffe11

It is £15, not a lot but i have been taking it in a lot to be repaired due to rough riding and getting close to spending as much as i spent on the bike. Id like to try to start repairing some of the stuff myself now
