I've been riding since a long time..but recently I am facing back pain and little pain in the neck as well...and maybe it is because I look over the shoulders as I don't have any rear view mirrors.... Any idea as to where can i get it or any other solution...I've even planned to buy a new Cycle...please help!

Hi, and welcome to the forums!

Rear view mirrors can be bought from any bike shop. BUT they do NOT remove the need to look over your shoulder. If you get a mirror it will allow you to monitor the traffic behind you without turning your head, but that 'lifesaver' look over your shoulder before you pull out is still essential.

Back and neck pain is more likely to be due to your bike not being set up properly. Have you tried adjusting the height of your saddle? Someone with more knowledge than me about making bikes comfortable will be along shortly, I'm sure!

If you don't feel like adjusting the bike yourself, a good local bike shop (LBS) should be able to advise you. Some will even measure you up and adjust the bike accordingly.

Good luckwith it - and do try adjusting the bike before getting a new one!

Spinney does have a point there - get someone to check out the set-up of your bike.

On the subject of mirrors I believe "Norm" and "Potsy" use "Bike - Eye" mirrors - they fit under the toptube and view rearwards between your legs, worth a look I'd say. ;)
