Okay, I'll try again.
When I got the bar to touch the rim at the 9 o'clock position it was about 30mm out at the the 3 o'clock position.
When I got the bar touching the rim at the 6 o'clock position it was about 20mm out at the 12 o'clock position.
I hope that describ s the problem better. I don't know for sure yet as the bike is still in pieces whilst I get the cables done.
