Thats the price I paid for mine (£3.99 for a SMART Superflash); If you can get something similar at the fraction of the price :eek: it makes you wonder why there are so many :ph34r: on the roads :thumbsup:

Not easy to get the Smarts for £3.99. I got three super flash models for that on a special offer and recently the new R2 for £8.99.

I did buy a number of the Pharrt lights for £2.50 each on offer. Had the cat eye look a like break, but one is still going strong on my lads school bike.

I tend to have a rechargeable cat eye that is on flicker flash the whole commute, then a non-recharge brighter one on flash mode that I turn off once off the main roads and back on again on the main road (it hooks onto the saddlebag so I can do it whilst riding along) seems to work well.
