A cyst is a sac of fluid isn't it? A sac of fluid i.e. a cyst behind the knee is going to be noticeable.

Took sooo many drugs it's insane, but the knee made. I don't think I have done it any good at all.
However physio on Thursday. Insane day of climbing 7400ft over 61 miles.

I hope you didn't exceed the dose, especially paracetamol.
Stretch, ice, a warm bath. Elevate above heart while lying if swollen at all
On the climbing, stop doing hilly sportives and move to London or the Thames Valley from Yorkshire
