Fair enough mickle, good point. Guess that only comes with experience.

It bugs the hell out of me when cycle shop monkeys and ignorant cycle magazine hacks perpetuate this myth. Its hard enough for new cyclists to find useful and accurate advice, they really shouldn't have to trawl through mountains of bullshit first.
