They seem to get good reviews. Not cheap, but very durable and waterproof.

All your bikes have good racks on them, so why not use panniers? Lidl have these at £9.99 a pair....

I spotted those in my local Lidl today. I will probably never do serious touring but I thought those might be handy for a short tour in decent weather. At that price, they would only have to last a few trips to justify their purchase.

A !bit hover budget, but Carradice do some great luggage including a rack rack for about £35. Carradice stuff is top notch though and well worth the money
Oxford products do a bog basic rack pack called a commuter which is basically a rectangular compartment with a lid secured by a clip buckle rather than a zip. Basic but very functional and waterproofbut can be obtained for under £12
