That poster is a fake. The Lion and Unicorn have been used on the United Kingdom's coat of arms since 1603:

I couldn't really see the image - but from what I can see I would have expected more info on the source of the proclamation. And after a certain date, I don't know when though, it was a legal requirement to put the printer's details on such things.

I was just reading that (2016 figures) the city of Liverpool claimed 27.5% catholic** while 9% claimed to have no religion.

Which makes me wonder what the other 60+% are.
