as cycling has become more popular and, possibly due to cycling-friendly planning conditions, more and more workplaces seem to offer facilities for us commuters.
i've experienced everything from no bike sheds and only a disabled toilet in which to do shower-in-a-can and baby wipes ablutions, to secure-access bike stores with all the facilities you could wish for.
rate your current job's facilities; it doesn't count if you work from home, but you can change your vote if you change jobs, or your employer improves the cyclist's lot...
i'll kick off and give my employer a 4; everything's there (secure bike storage, showers, lockers and even a drying room), but the showers and lockers are a long corridor apart, and access to the whole area is via a metal staircase (having had to in the lift and through the cafeteria in sweaty lycra) that isn't a whole lot of fun in cleats. but still, mustn't grumble...
