I've been thinking about getting panniers for a while now and I'm tempted to buy the BX panniers (they seem to be available now and they look purty)- not exactly the same as what you've bought (from SJS). I'm curious to know how they've lasted you almost 2 years on?
I was initially heading for the triple panniers but when I saw the size of those jumbo things I wondered if it might be more feasible to get easily removable/individual panniers. I cycle ~15 miles daily to and from university and it's getting cumbersome using a "messanger bag" that's stuffed with books, a coat and my lunch :X
