I paid £400 for that exact bike brand new in 1992 and the buyer has got a very good deal. It was a great bike.

I agree Simon; it rides as well as it looks too. I checked the manufacture date with Raleigh; 6 June 1990 so just past it's 18th birthday.

Nice bike, shame it has downtube shifters though....they are a pain.... one of the main reasons I got rid of my oldancient falcon roadie

could of always used the bolt on converters..
