Maybe add some dropout adjustment screws and move the rear wheel forward a bit?

or made @midlife happy and move it forward a lot

Apologies if I am confusing Midlife with someone else who likes a short wheelbase

Yep, that's me . Remove the knurled knob ftom the end so you can screw it in even further...... Wheel teetering on the very end of the dropout. Half in and half out. Much faster
