You have a Lenton Sports which is mid to late fifties with the Reg Harris torch logo on the seat tube. If you go for a respray all the later Lenton transfers are available from H. Lloyds. The OLN on the rear should be 120mm so not much chance your 135mm mountain bike wheel will fit. Keep the SA hub they are very nice to use, yours should be 4 speed and dropped bar.

Not unlike the Trent sports I have on my restoration list but mine is 18-23 tubing and has 4 speed cyclo derailleur with a gear range of 63" to 88" which should be interesting on the hills around here. At least it's easy to alter the gearing on your Sturmey if you need to. The dyno hub is a really nice feature, just don't do anything silly like try to ride on an unlit road with it....
