Another job is to check the wheel bearings and lube them.
Does adding oil through the port lube both sides?
The wheel seems to rotate freely, considering the dynamo magnet 'drag'.
Is dismantling the bearings the same as the hub without the dynamo?
Also, never having used one of these dynamo's, are the lights permanently on?
EDIT: stripped and cleaned my Dynohub.
Still like new after 45 years...incredible.
Swapping 16t sprocket for a 19 to ease my ageing body
