Racing Wheels

I am soon going to be needing a new set of wheels/ rims for a TT bike I have just got so I was trying to think:angry: ( how do you all do this thinking lark). They need to be some where from 20mm to around 40mm rims and clincher not tubs. As for the price  I do not know just some thing that is good value.

I was looking at Shamel but the price £600 is a bit high even for me at £---

Aren't you supposed to have a disc back wheel spandex? With pics of mickle, Joe24, Helen and all your CChat buddies all over it?

I know someone who commutes with the 'Eurus' - says they are 'fast wheels' and I had a similar experience with some Zonda wheels on a Look KG241 - seemed very swift. Although I have never tried racing or trialling, so someone will be along soon...

Good luck

Have a look at Planet X. They've got some great TT wheels. I know someone who raced a Planet X TT bike with Planet X deep section wheels(50mm i think) and he had nothing but good things to say about them.

I am not going to be doing any TT's or races I just wish the bike to look right and be fast.

But then you get the bike right and have the problem of the rider on the bike who may spoil the effect:biggrin:

I have just had a look at the frame and it will take some where from 40mm to 60mm rims and still look good.
