Could be co-incidental.... but I'd 2nd the suggestion for a chat with the doc, just to check things out. It might not be physical either. The head works in weird ways, it is difficult to know how life's pressures might reveal themselves. Ask yourself if there is something else going on in your life at the moment.

I did LEL last year. 1400km in 5 days. I was unable to 'get it up' afterwards. I was convinced the 2 things were related and I went to the docs to get the equipment checked out. The doc told me that it was NOT anything to do with cycling, that it was more likely to be in my head. He prescribed cialis, and that showed me there was nothing wrong with the equipment, not physically anyway.

Full functionality returned after around 6 weeks (without any treatment). I do reckon the problem was in my head. Whilst I finished LEL in time, I myself had felt beaten by it - because I didn't finish as comfortably and strongly as I had wanted to. I felt I limped over the line. In truth, I was a bit of a wreck for a couple of days afterwards. I reckon that feeling manifested itself mentally.

I know it's perhaps the reverse of your situation but my point is that the cycling might not be the cause. I certainly thick blokes should be more comfortable with talking about such things but it's sadly not the case, so well done for being brave enough to address the subject.

Best get your bottom bracket checked out as well. You don't want that running dry ;) .

Hope your doc has a good bedside manner otherwise you could be wincing and weeping .............
