Thanks for that summerdays, I'm going to give that a go. I have had a persistent wart for several years now on my finger. Hopefully I can get rid of it now.

My friends kid had persistent warts and they tried most things and ended up using "Oil of Marigold" from the chemist, made the kid feel sick with the smell so they diluted it and covered it up with a plaster. And they finally got rid of them. Duct tape would be cheaper though ... it cost about £10 for a small bottle of the stuff.
