Question about wheels and tyre sizes

I'd try 28s looking at that photo.

Ask the peeps at decathalon, I went from 23mm to 28mm. I asked them before I went to the till and they said that they measure 25mm.
These were for my Triban 3, so clearance I would possibly be similar q
