There is no such thing as a puncture PROOF tyre.
Example 1. I arrived home one afternoon to find a metal staple had stuck in my tread. The Kevlar had deflected it sideways. No puncture.
Example 2. Got a puncture on a lonely rain soaked lane. A shard of broken coffee mug had gone straight through the Kevlar.
Example 3. Putting my bike in the back of the car, I noticed something in the tyre. A hawthorn thorn. No puncture. The kevlar broke the tip.
