I've got a Carrera Vengeance Ltd Ed. 20inch frame/26inch wheels.

I've got a multitool in transit to me, and levers and glueless patches.
I was looking at this seatpack:

For tool carrying I prefer a corner bag (http://www.amazon.co.uk/M-Wave-M-Wave-Frame-Corner/dp/B001CFMJTW/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top) - stable, within the triangle, gives a shoulder pad if you want to lif tthe bike ... I carry waterproof jacket on my belt though (or that could be strapped to the seat with a couple of velcro straps, in the seat-bag position).
