Pump up rear shock?

I have a Marin Mount Vision and it has got a FOX shock on the rear. I bought a shock pump for it but there is not enough room for the adapter to go onto the shock valve without taking the frame apart (which I am worried about doing),. is there another way?

Sorry, I completely mis-read your post title!

I'm not familiar with the bike or pump, but as a temporary solution, could you not velcro the pump to the top tube in anyway?

is shoick fitted correctly? and is the pump the right sort?

if from what you are saying that you cannot screw the pump onto the shock valve, then it is a piss poor design.

I have something similar on one of mine but then I have 2 pumps, only one of which will fit.

The shock is fitted correctly as I have checked it on a mates which is exactly the same. You are right it looks like poor design probably to make owners take their bikes to dealers.
