Hi,
Silly question, but wondering if you can pump up your tyre WITHOUT using the pump/valve.
e.g. Make a small puncture, blow it up by mouth/foot-pump then fix the puncture.

No. How would that air stay inside while you fixed the hole?

Is it a Schrader valve? And by that, I mean one that is the same as you get on car tyres. If so, you should be able to use a car pump. (Manual, not the ones at petrol stations!)

Yeah its a Schrader valve. And no I'm not joking with the forum, I'm just wondering if it's possible.

If you are interested in whether this would work - there is only one option. Let us know how your experiment goes.
Even better why not film your effort and post it on here. We all love a belly laugh or two.

Let us know when you can blow a tube up enough, then I'll get British Cycling to sign you up as a new pro, as you've obviously got better lungs than anyone.

No is the answer. You need quite a few PSI just to find a hole, way above what lungs can do.

You could if you equalised the pressure inside the tube with the pressure outside. You'd need a compression chamber for it - your local diving club could probably help find one. Or you could just use a fcking pump like normal people.

You can get your tube a little more "tyre shaped" just using your mouth (assuming Presta valve), and it does help when refitting the (repaired) tube and tyre as long as it's not inflated too much, but I'm not sure if that's what you're asking about. It wouldn't really give any advantage to the repair stage.
