Hi,
Haven't been cycling for about three weeks but decided to do a 35 mile ride today. Stupidly I didn't eat much yesterday so really tired myself out today.Infact I've had about four days of a very limited calorie controlled diet. Got back home and it seems I've pulled the upper part of my left calf. It was fine until I sat down on an armchair crossed my legs and noticed my calf muscle was twitching quite badly and now I'm finding it difficult to walk.
I guess this is the cumulative effect of not stretching enough in the past but I'm more inclined to believe it has something to do with eating so little lately and having not cycled for three weeks?
