How vegetarian are you? Are yogurt and milk off the list?

Also, there's really an age limit on protein powders and drinks? Because I don't think there is and there are a bunch of vegan protein powders on the market.

Getting enough protein from beans and lentils is tough.

At the tender age of 15 you should be eating ALL food groups. If you want to go veggie do it later in life or when you have your mid life crisis, but at your age your body is still growing. You need to eat a full and balanced diet, in moderation, and do plenty of exercise. Vegetarianism is a life style choice. You can't afford to deprive your body at it's key stage of physical development in adolescence. And before any one starts I was veggie for 11 years. I stopped about 6-7 year ago now. Life and eating is now so much more enjoyable. I am much healthier as well.

Broadly speaking I agree with you: humans are carnivores. But bearing in mind that the OP lives in India I'm not sure he should be considered with the "I don't eat anything with a face" angst ridden, political vegetarians we have here.

No humans are omnivores, and many millions of survive into a ripe old age on a purely vegetarian diet, and a vegi diet does not hold back the likes of Mark Cavendish, so please ignore the negative vibes being put over by some of the comments on here.

I'm not a vegi myself but this article might be of interest to Nihal
