Not sure on the medical side as not a Dr But Specialized BG saddle improved my comfort massively,and I put it down ot the huge hole down the middle. here 2012 version

I've recently found out I had prostatitis when getting checked out and they found the kidney stone, had the camera down / up and a CT scan, now taking Alfuzosin and had a months course of antibiotics. If I was you Rodney I'd get checked out properly.................
I was advised by the consultant to keep jogging and cycling, which I did, until I upset the stone, ouch
