No - doesn't work. I have no "Signature" in the drop down menu, and whenI click on the link , it reads - "You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action". Any other suggestions? It would be nice to have it if I can.

OK checked with Aus.
It's because it's the 29th, a leap year and the program can't cope with the extra date.
