Problem with Schwalbe Marathon Plus tyres

I'm hoping Chas comes back on to this thread and let's us know how things turned out.

There's been some good suggestions in an attempt to help.

In the mean time I just want to say how very pleased I am with my Schwalbe road bike tyres. So much so I had 4.

These are the Durano race guards. A great fit on both my road bikes. A reassuring pop when inflating-highly recommended-perfect .

I think Vickster suggested the Durano Raceguards on another thread and she has tempted me with them ........
