If you read the thread you'll see the DVLA accepted his fiver but still couldnt/wouldnt do it.

Too much time required to do the full search.

Classic. DVLA cannot release details of previous owners, because of Data Protection Act, but, they can sell the current owners details to Cowboy Clampers.

I though a tad more, seems good value. Around here we have GRW 1 and 2 different owners but they are my initials.
