The BSA looks to be about 23" guesstimating so would suit someone around 5'9 to 5'11.

Thanks again for that... Someone is interested but has said he has done research and the BSA should be more in line with what I am asking for the other one... £150 for the BSA seems a little cheap doesn't it? Sorry to keep bothering you guys but I really don't have much idea on this.

£150 is low without a Brooks and that is worth 40 quid plus its not just a BSA (which would be worth the same as the Raleigh) its a 531 frameset BSA so the frame alone is worth over £150.
