Approve Crockett's but suede ? Could be worse, a mate bought a pair of Crockett loafers ffs!
A nice pair pair of oxfords or brogues is surely more appropriate
My best bargain Crocketts were a £30 pair off fleabay. I subsequently saw an identical brand new pair for way north of £400 in Jermyn street.
Sadly I don't seem many £100-£200 2nds on the bay any more, but luckily I have stocked up
All that said, Crockett's really are olovely shoes
Mrs PP, does refer to me as "Imelda" on occasion, which isn't wholly unfair I must confess.
