Leaving it a bit late I know but true love will succeed.
Three ideas in mind.
1. a JML facial hair remover.
2. a years supply of Marigold gloves
3. a decent cookery book (seen one in
the local charity shop. A bit battered
but ok). The shop also had some
decent 2nd hand knickers so I could
add a couple of pairs of them as well.
I'm just not sure which one she will appreciate most.
Any thoughts ?

How about a home decorator kit? They are popular this time of year.

Dave, I am sure you love your wife, and respect her.

But I mystified by this (and many other posts I see on cyclechat), why do you think it's funny to pretend you are going to ruin her Christmas?

We are not all blokes her, it isn't just bantz. These posts make me (and I know other female CC members) think less of the posters.

(maybe men too, but I don't have intel about that)

Well we have had 50 great years.
But I think you are sooo wrong.
As a married MAN I couldnt make the comment about my husband.
I would not be offended if a woman made a similar post about her lovely husband.
But lets not get serious here.
