Same here, will leave them in place for now if that is the case.
Like others have said, it's the chance of a big win that is the appeal over an extra 1-2% interest.

About time given the interest rate. I was almost toying with the idea of taking my money out and going for a savings bond instead, but there's always that chance, however small, of hitting a bigger win that makes me leave it.

Mo, the other thing to take into account is that the winnings are tax free. Obviously I don't know your personal circumstances but due to the interest rate rises I will be back to paying Tax on my savings. Am maxed out on Premium Bonds and Cash ISA's so the only other place to put money is in to Savings Bonds which will attract Tax after the first £1000 of interest.

And of course, as you say, there is always that chance a big prize may come your way 😊

£50 this month. A few more 0s would have been nicer.

£25000 to start the year.

And probably to continue it too...

I buy £80 worth every time that I get my pension (4-weekly) so eventually the bonds net should be big enough to catch something!

Nothing for me this month which is a rare occurrence. Often I get multiple £25’s so if they reduce the number of those that is not good from my point of view.
Savings bonds of various types may give better returns but at my advanced age I may not last long enough to benefit.
