PowerBreathe, any experience?

Well I've been using mine for about 2 weeks now, mostly twice a day, sometimes I forget and I've been gradually working my way up the resistance scale, so something is happening, perhaps I'm just getting better at using the Powerbreathe.

Have I noticed anything. Hard to say because at the same time I'm about 6 weeks into a running regime but last week and this week I dropped back a bit on the running and this week I was the least breathless I've been so far.

My perception is that I can get a deeper breath in now than I could, that my chest expands more when I breathe in but it is just a perception, no miraculous improvements noted.

I shall persevere and report back.

Good man. I'm very intermittent with mine. I travel a lot and keep an irregular routine and so it's hard to remember to keep it with me, and if I do (It's in my suitcase at the hotel) I'll often forget to use it. I'm sure it does some good when I get some regular action with it.
