Powder coat in/near Oxfordshire? What is a reasonable price?

Apologies - another request for powder coat recommendations. I've been quoted £60 just for frame and forks, no blasting (will strip frame myself). This seems rather steep and is only a little less than the frame cost.

Can anyone recommend a company near-ish me? Don't mind travelling further if needs be. I don't need a perfect finish - 'good' will do. I was expecting to pay around £30-40...

sounds reasonable to me. The fact that it is the same as the frame value, doesn't reduce the cost to them. For a 60 quid frame I would juts by a couple of cans of spray paint and stick that on. Won't look as good but will be cheap

try Lee Cooper the frame builder in Coventry , he can strip as well as powder coat and great quality from a great fella

Yep, £30 should cover materials now how about Labour and over heads.
