Possible 1st road bike Aeron frame/carbon fork/ultegra any good ?

I have a chance to buy the bike mentioned which appears to be in good condition.
The guy said I could have it for £200.
I think the frame and forks are usually bought as a unit and built up to requirements individually as I cant see any built up bikes for sale on the net. Are these any good ?
Another thing is the frame size, it is 54cm but I am 5, 11" tall with a 32" inside leg, do you think it will be ok for me if I just raise the saddle a bit ?
Any advice is welcome and appreciated.

£200 ain't bad at all. As you're aware 54cm is pretty small. Probably need to get a longer stem to use to bring the bars further forward to get away with it else you'll find yourself hunched up a bit.

54 should be fine, I ride 54 and am the same height as you. Although you'll need a longer stem as above said. £200 is a bargain for an Ultegra equipped bike.

Are you picking the bike up locally?
