Blimey, in the '80s I was riding Nutrack Nomads in 27x1 & 1/4... like riding with treacle on your tyres, but good P*ncture resistance for those times.

Hah! I'd forgotten them. Yes I had them. Saved up for them and bought them from the Freewheel catalogue. Used to use them in Delamere forest and various other bridleways.

I agree. I have them on my best bike and they come in nice tarty colours too

I'm riding Krylions (23mm).
The ride is really nice, seems a lot more supple and forgiving than my previous Conti GP 4 Seasons.
Grip doesn't seem quite so good on dirtier roads (and there's plenty to choose from round me!).
P*nct*res? No worse than usual, touchwood (*scratches head*).
Unfortunately, they've got the yellow stripe which was fine on my old bike, but don't match the new one's paintjob.
